4. Payment and Refunds

Refund Policy: No refunds are offered. However, make-up credits are provided if the parent notifies Taylormade Tutoring outside of 24 hours before a scheduled session.

Attendance, session notes, and invoices are managed through TutorBird, a secure service that helps maintain and protect client data.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Taylormade Tutoring website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Taylormade Tutoring and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Taylormade Tutoring is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or content.
